Cue Digital product concept
ZPIC explores how ordinary Zimbabweans can participate in building productive industries through affordable, transparent and capped contributions. The aim is not endless fundraising. Each project begins with a validated business case and a defined capital budget; contributions open only for that target and close once the required amount is reached.
The capital is then deployed into identifiable productive assets and professionally operated businesses. These businesses must earn from real customers — equipment hire, mining support, processing, manufacturing, logistics or other commercially viable services — so that value comes from production, not from recruiting more contributors.
The operating sequence
Identify project → approve budget → open contributions → reach target → close contributions → acquire assets → operate business → earn revenue → reinvest / distribute according to the approved structure.
If a project needs US$500,000, the approved round targets US$500,000. It does not remain open indefinitely. Future expansion requires a separately justified funding decision.
Initial opportunities include mining equipment and beneficiation, manufacturing and processing, agri-processing, energy, logistics and other sectors where real assets can earn real revenue.
Cue Digital’s role is the digital backbone: contribution records, ownership certificates, beneficial-ownership controls, banking reconciliation, asset tracking, operations dashboards, audit trails and member reporting.
Operating companies create technicians, operators, drivers, finance, sales and apprentice roles. The wider ambition is to help more households move from income-only survival toward ownership of productive capital.
How the community makes money
Revenue comes from paying customers using productive assets and services. After operating costs, maintenance, tax, reserves and approved fees, genuine surplus can be reinvested and, where legally permitted and declared, distributed to participating owners.
